Goat Milk Cream of Mushroom Soup

12 oz fresh white mushrooms, diced
1 medium sized onion, diced
2 tblsp olive oil
1/2 c white flour
4 cups broth, chicken or beef
2 c goat milk
1 tblsp apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: savory herbs such as rosemary, sage, and oregano

Saute onions in the olive oil until soft
Add flour and mushrooms, stirring constantly
Slowly add broth to avoid creating lumps
Add salt, pepper, and any savory herbs to taste
Add cider to goat milk
Allow broth to simmer for 10-15 minutes to blend flavors
Add soured goat milk to broth
Bring back up to a simmer, and then serve

    Can I use coconut flour instead of regular flour?
